Due to the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
While we strive for perfection, sometimes we still make mistakes. If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please send us an email at customerservice@brkdrip.com with your order information and a short description of the issue and we'll work with our fulfillment partners to issue a refund or reprint immediately.
